Taekwondo

One of the newer programs at ICHA is Tae Kwon Do. This martial art is being taught as a non-contact, non-combat class by Black Belt instructor Master Rudy Gatti. Martial arts has the potential to improve the areas of balance, strength, and stamina. Athletes feel more confident, have greater respect for themselves, and learn self-control. Uniforms are provided by the Hwarangdo Youth Group.

Tae Kwon Do sessions currently run every Monday and Wednesday from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Novelletto Rosati Complex. For details check out our program schedule.

If you know of someone who is interested in participating in the ICHA Tae Kwon Do program or have any questions, please contact the ICHA office.
