Bocce is an Italian game. The basic principle of the sport is to roll a bocce ball closest to the target ball, which is called a palina. Bocce provides individuals with special needs the opportunity to have social contact, develop physical health and to gain self-confidence. Do you have a special needs family member? Are you looking for help or a night out? The ICHA bocce program might be something for you to consider. We have friendly, helpful volunteers and athletes of all abilities.
In 2023 Bocce group 1 is held from 5:30-6:30 PM Monday nights Bocce Group 2 runs Monday nights from 6:45-7:45 PM. Both are played in the multipurpose room of the NRC with a season running from from September 12 to December 12.or details check out our program schedule.
