Yoga classes are designed for member athletes of all levels of ability—including individuals who use wheelchairs—and are led by a certified yoga instructor.
Yoga supports our member athletes by promoting coordination of the mind, body and emotions. It helps improve focus, concentration and self-confidence. No experience is necessary and the ICHA provides the yoga mats and equipment.


Yoga sessions run from September to May every Wednesday evening from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
