The ICHA has established the Dario Rossi Memorial Bursary to support students with special needs in pursuing post-secondary education. Each year, bursaries are available to eligible students attending either the University of Windsor or St. Clair College who demonstrate financial need and are registered with their school’s Student Accessibility Services. These bursaries are designed to assist with educational costs and help ensure students with disabilities have access to the resources they need to succeed.
